Cocktails with the Governor
The Lind House Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the guest of honor at this year’s Cocktails at the Governor’s reception will be Eric Bode, New Ulm native, and owner of BoCo Real Estate, Inc.
Local real estate broker and developer, Eric Bode, will be joining us for the annual Cocktails at the Governor’s reception at the Lind House on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Previous guests of honor have been sports celebrity Terry Steinbach, TV personalities Ron Schara and Jerrid Sebesta, former governors Al Quie, Wendell Anderson, Arne Carlson and Tim Pawlenty; former senators Rudy Boschwitz and David Durenburger; former congressman Tim Penny, and John Lind’s great-grandson Bill Griffith.
As a Realtor® licensed in Minnesota, Eric provides Relationship Marketing and Transaction Management services to his clients across many area markets. As principal in the real estate and development company, Boco Real Estate, Inc., Eric has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction.
A New Ulm native, Eric began purchasing, renovating and selling homes while still in college. This venture gave him firsthand experience as a buyer, seller and now as an agent and broker. After graduating from Minnesota State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Eric furthered his education and career by obtaining his real estate license and GRI designation.
As the real estate industry evolves to become more innovative and efficient, so has Eric. Obtaining his broker’s license unlocked his ability to open an independent office which enables him to serve the community by going above and beyond what is expected of an agent. Eric consults with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans, and cost estimates; this experience makes him effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use. In addition, his comprehensive knowledge of the city’s heritage and geography ensures his clients will feel confident that BoCo Real Estate, Inc. can cultivate their endeavors.
Eric recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations through excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
